
Minis In Motion
Join us for our Minis In Motion workshop! This fun and engaging workshop will focus on strength and conditioning, developing technique, mastering new skills, and building a positive mindset from the very start of your dancer's journey.
Our Minis in Motion workshop will focus on building strong dancers from the very start, with an emphasis on positive training and mindset. Throughout the workshop, we will focus on: Strength and Conditioning: Helping young dancers develop a solid foundation of strength and stability. Technique Drills & New Skills: Introducing key techniques while encouraging the development of new movements and skills.
Improvisation and Self-Expression: Guiding dancers in how to express themselves creatively through dance. Goal-Setting & Affirmation Activities: Creating ‘I Can’ jars, goal-setting charts, and engaging in affirmation activities to build strong, positive mindsets.
*Please Note, This workshop is for dancers aged 4-6yrs

The Performance Blueprint
The Performance Blueprint is a four-week intensive program designed to help dancers start their year strong. It combines structured training, goal-setting, and actionable strategies to elevate every aspect of performance.
Through a combination of in-person workshops, guided home training, and personalised resources, dancers gain the tools to perform with confidence, artistry, and precision. The program is rooted in creating sustainable progress by addressing both the physical and mental aspects of dance training, ensuring that dancers leave not only prepared for the 2025 season but also with a long-term plan to continue improving.
Our Intensive will run for 4 Weeks (6th - 31st January)
There will be a 4 week at home training program that will get completed at home and we will hold our in person Workshops on the first 3 Fridays of the Intensive. (10th, 17th & 24th) 1:00PM - 3:00PM
The Home training program will consist of 2 training sessions per week and includes tasks such as goal setting, mindset building activities, making a schedule etc.
Our in person workshops each week will run for 2hrs and have a focus of the week.

Online Workshop, Perfecting Your Pirouettes
